      In the years I spent here, I found no pros.

      This organization is ripe with nepotism. The long standing employees are extremely cliquey. They will target you and pick on you until you break. Upper management will tell you that you are worthless. Vendors are consistently paid late, yet the owner can afford a private plane? You won’t get a raise or a bonus for the work you put in. And you’ll never be treated with respect.

      Company employs strong upper management that is helpful and provides continued training and support. Owner is a visionary who sees a need in the market and offers a product that is in high demand and affordable. Best job in my career!

      You have only 3 staff in the building

      No upper management support. No upper management communication. Upper management doesn’t know its employees and makes no effort to get to know them. No raises given. Holidays are minimal. Bills aren’t paid in the building I worked in and repairs not made. Benefits are terrible
