So make the shift! Fails to listen to the experts. The data science and engineering teams were loaded with talent, but rather than listen to concerns about scalability, accuracy, and the literal impact on human lives if we got it wrong, they continued to push the idea that we can just throw more money at the problem and get it right. A lot of the strongest employees left due to an erosion of trust, particularly after they acquired Datmo which was clearly just a way to bail out their friends from grad school
