      When I let them know I need time off or have other commitments and need to decline a project they have never held it against me. When I let them know I am available for additional projects they do their best to keep me busy. They are super easy to communicate with, personable and very friendly. If I have a question or concern about anything they always respond within minutes which helps keep me moving forward on projects. One Eighteen never seems to lacking for work that keeps you interested. I have had the pleasure of working on design, web site development and instillation, audio and video projects. Every day is a new adventure that keeps me excited, happy and grateful to be involved.

      A small shop like One Eighteen isn't for everyone, but if you are a hard-working, independent go-getter, you will have success here. You will get out of it what you put into it. With a small team like this, you have the ability to work directly with smart and talented peers and with experts in the field with decades of experience and knowledge and can learn a lot, quickly. If you like corporate environments with a bureautic structure, you won't like One Eighteen. This agency is deliberately lean and attracts a certain type of team member who isn't afraid to wear a lot of hats to get the job done. Each person makes up a bit of the culture and although the team ebbs and flows in size, when the right people click, we know how to have a great time in the office "Beach House".

      Unfortunately there is a fair amount of turnover, like there is in all agencies, but with a smaller team that can be a lot tougher on those who stay.
