You will not be trained just thrown into the position and be expected to know everything and already know how every little thing works. And if you don’t expected to get called out and yelled at on company wide phone calls. They will belittle you and degrade you. They will strip you of any pride you though you had. They have a lot of things they need to figure out but if you ask them they are in “18 states and growing fast” Lie lie lies, they sugar coat everything to make it look amazing then once your in it’s a bad story.
