Working here at One Grounds has been the best company I have ever worked for because the CEO and managers are all family oriented and flexible. Kid gets sick? Don't worry you can work from home. Need a mental health day for yourself? Don't worry you can work from home or take the day off. This company also pushes you to grow intellectually and educationally in any way you can. In fact they are paying for Pryor course learning for our department for 1 year. Unlimited classes. Can take during working hours if you're caught up at work. Overall, this company's goal truly is for each individual to reach their potential and grow within their department.

There aren't any outstanding cons I can think of, but I do wish our Hybrid work environment would include working from home on Mondays or Fridays. As of now we get 1 work from home day per week, and it can only be on a Tuesday-Thursday.
