I love what I do; I appreciate the empowerment I have been bestowed to do a great job, I appreciate the flexibility, and the mission. Fabulous place to work!

There is always something changing, growing, expanding....sometimes it is hard to keep up; however, the regular updates from our CEO make a big difference!

They lie and say you will have excellent benefits and then only pay for a high deductible plan that is pointless to have.

All upper management are under qualified and reckless, all providers give the exact same care to every single person, I watched them push a suicidal employee with severe mental illness to the brink of death without a single care in the world. I watched them cause that individual more stress and heartache by their bully mentality and micromanagement. They do not serve the community they serve themselves. As soon as they don’t make enough money they will start shutting programs down because the community isn’t their concern. Nobody knows what’s going on because it constantly changes. They rewrite policies to make sure they are messing with you in every direction and they strip you of benefits and charge you your pto for holidays especially since you will always work more than 8 hours a day. They will not honor federal laws and will do anything in their power to let their evil hr department destroy you, employee morale and mental health. If you want to be part of the problem join One Health you will fit right in with all the unqualified monsters who work there.
