I have the opportunity to contribute in so many ways. I love the supportive, collaborative culture and the many ways teams and colleagues genuinely help one another succeed. I get to do impactful work that makes a difference, this makes me feel valued, motivated, and proud to contribute. The people I work with make work enjoyable. I appreciate some of the new benefits that were put in place too.

There is always alot going on and competing priorities. It's fast paced so you have to be ready for that.

At the same time, the pace is real and priorities can collide. That’s part of building something ambitious, but it’s also on us to keep improving our focus, clarity, and sustainability as we scale. Management has been beyond supportive in my time with the company. I feel heard and have seen my feedback be taken and used to make improvements for our team. They encourage a good work/life balance and constantly look for additional ways to support the employees.

A few team members are supportive, though this is not consistent across the organization. Exposure to industry tools and workflows may be useful for those early in their careers. Some flexibility exists, but it varies significantly depending on team and management.

Leadership lacks clear direction and consistency, leading to frequent confusion and constantly shifting priorities. High turnover creates ongoing instability and increases the burden on remaining employees. Workloads are often unrealistic, with limited support and poor resource planning. There is a noticeable lack of proper tools and systems, making even routine tasks more difficult than necessary. Training and onboarding are minimal, leaving employees to figure things out on their own. Communication between teams is fragmented, resulting in inefficiencies and duplicated efforts. Feedback and performance management are inconsistent, making it difficult to grow or succeed.
