      Yes, we absolutely are dedicated to doing the right thing. Pace is very high. We are the primary player in a quickly changing industry and expanding at > 50%, every year. I will talk with the area leader regarding WLB. Thx.

      Some processes are slow (pricing, SOWs, contracts) but I think we are hiring and getting better.
