      Insurance, wide range of tasks, possible professional growth, great engineer team, good to be first job (if you don't expect a lot)

      Not loyal management, poor communication, low salaries, no budget for education, don't care about employees

      We have worked hard to add benefits and stock option equity in Mexico and address salary. With that said, it is clear from your review that there is work to do. Our CIO will be in Mexico today; we will work to improve! Ian

      Working with people who care about the work we do and are genuinely invested in helping each other learn and grow has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve also been fortunate to have a direct manager who is a great leader. Someone who trusts others, encourages development, and allows individuals to take full ownership of their work.

      Since One Inc is a fully remote company, it can sometimes be challenging to build personal connections with coworkers beyond day-to-day work interactions.
