Very long hours, money didn't equal the amount of work you would do. If the numbers were down, you were yelled at and when the numbers were up, you were chastised to do better. The negative remarks and actions of the management in the call center made the morale low and the numbers even lower. Management only saw dollar signs from their agents. People were fired for reasons out of their control and not given a chance to explain why and not allowed to be rehired.
