They allow some people to work remotely, but remote employees are often the first to get laid off.

The work environment is disorganized and unprofessional, with a toxic culture (ironically, they pride themselves on having a "great working culture, very chill"). Management shows bias, often favoring employees who "vibe" with them over those who are actually productive. Despite your best efforts, it’s unlikely that your contributions will be recognized. The hiring requirements are low, and the executive team is mostly undereducated, so they don't hold new employees to high standards. There is a strong "yes-man" culture; this company may be better suited for someone who is comfortable agreeing with management, regardless of how questionable certain decisions may seem, and who is willing to throw coworkers under the bus to improve their own standing if needed. Not everyone is cut out for this type of environment, but most of those who have survived the layoffs tend to fit this mold. When there’s an issue, there’s always a "sacrificial lamb" employee to blame (and sadly, it's usually not the person actually causing the problem). Expectations can change drastically from one day to the next, and there is little to no job security. Management does not follow through on their promises. They have laid off a significant number of employees in favor of hiring cheaper labor from Africa and South America. The 401k is no longer part of the benefits, there are very few PTO days for new hires, no Christmas bonus, and overall, the benefits are very poor. As another review mentions, they often let employees go on Fridays, just minutes before the end of their shift, with no prior warning, regardless of how long they’ve been with the company, so they don’t have to pay for the weekend. No severance package either, of course. They have an overwhelming number of negative reviews on Google from upset customers and employees. They often ask reps to leave positive reviews to improve their image, and the good reviews on Glassdoor have likely been written by the same people. There are definitely better job opportunities out there—don’t waste your time with this company.
