It's a small company so you can speak to everyone and communication amongst management is easily achievable. There is plenty of opportunities for growth and bonuses and they aren't afraid to show appreciation in multiple ways. They cater lunch every Friday and have tons of free drinks and snacks available in the kitchen. There is a very healthy dynamic in the office and little to no drama.

I can't think of too many cons. The only potential con would be that it is a relatively newer/smaller company that has grown very fast, so there are some kinks in the procedures, but they always get addressed/fixed.

The exec team is very proactive and interested and actively makes the company productive and customer-centric. Its very service oriented towards making an awesome experience and product for our customers and is constantly improving things and adding new features to match what our customers are looking for. The team is also very energetic in doing their jobs and its very easy to get things done here, and get any help that's needed. Our developers are constantly addressing bugs and new features and it makes it easy to get my job done. There's always alot to do and easy to stay busy and productive and I enjoy the work I do and its rewarding.
