Thank you for your review. PTO and paid holidays were added to our employee benefits last month, but yes, this was definitely a weakness in our benefits whenever you used to work here. As far as the rest, we try to be open to feedback and adjust appropriately, so thank you for giving us more to look at. We're extremely proud of the team and the way that everyone pitches in to help each other.

Paid holidays and a Monday - Friday work week is the best. The offer Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits as well as 401k. It's a small company so you can speak to everyone and communication amongst management is easily achievable. There is plenty of opportunities for growth and bonuses and they aren't afraid to show appreciation in multiple ways. They cater lunch every Friday and have tons of free drinks and snacks available in the kitchen. There is a very healthy dynamic in the office and little to no drama.

Svantaggi

I can't think of too many cons. The only potential con would be that it is a relatively newer/smaller company that has grown very fast, so there are some kinks in the procedures, but they always get addressed/fixed.

- Uneven work distribution. - Micromanagement at its worst! - Certain departments receive preferential treatment—for example, only developers and senior staff are granted perks like flexible schedules and reserved parking, while the majority of employees (about 92%) are largely overlooked. -Middle management fails to provide the support and engagement necessary to create a productive, growth-oriented environment for their team members. - An extreme lack of professionalism in the office. You will hear stories and banter that are really not suitable for the workplace.
