Vantaggi
Some learning opportunities in customer service, and a few supportive coworkers.
Svantaggi
I was fired for attending a family members wedding, which speaks volumes about the lack of respect for employees' personal lives. This was the most shocking and disheartening experience I've had in my career. -The owner shows no respect for employees’ time, well-being, or boundaries. There is constant turnover, with many employees being fired abruptly and without explanation. It’s clear that no one is safe, no matter how dedicated or hard-working they are. -Unrealistic expectations are the norm. I was frequently assigned projects outside of my role—like collections, writing blogs, and creating detailed manuals or technical documents on subjects I had no expertise in. It was frustrating to be treated like an “expert” on topics I had no training in, and there was little to no support to help me succeed in these tasks. -There’s absolutely no real opportunity for growth or advancement. Despite hard work and a willingness to take on new challenges, there was no clear path for career progression. -The management is completely unapproachable. Feedback or concerns are met with defensiveness, and any attempt to discuss issues is shut down. -The owner’s behavior is erratic, and it’s impossible to predict when or why you might be let go, even if you're performing well.
