I am a manger at one step up. I have been here over 17 years I've been reading SOME of the reviews, I find them extremely inaccurate and seems they are from former disgruntled employees. I also think the only people that write these reviews ARE FORMER EMPLOYEES (. Because there are so many divisions at one step up there is a lot of opportunity for growth as I began here as a sales and administrative assistant and I now manage a large division.
