Expendable - If you have a bad day especially in your probation period you will likely lose your job Mental Health Support is lacking - To be honest, if you are having a bad time and don't show it they aren't likely to pick up on it. They are not disability friendly, if you have an invisible disability like a neurodiversity they will say they are understanding but yet they most definitely not understanding. I would not recommend this job for people who are struggling mentally

CEO is amazing. So hands on and helpful. Great company events and snacks in office.

Awful hiring process. They hired a manager out of panic and the almost whole sales team left due to her bad management. Around 8 years of service combined for someone that shouldn’t have been hired in the first place.
