      Given the area and the "rougher" rental market OWM really cared about providing a quality living space to its tenants. The work environement was great despite some growing pains. The upper level management and leadership was ready, available, and involved with every level of their employees on a day to day basis.

      Becuase of the companies rapid growth they still have challenges with structure and frequent changes. There were some points during my employment where it seemed as though I had far too much work to handle for one person. Just a little lack of organization at some points. Additionally, I think the communication between departments was lacking but was getting better during the tail end of my employment.

      I had a great experience working at OneWall Management . The environment was professional and fun. The partners provided true leadership. They care about their employees and they show it. I was honored to work with Frank G. I admire his determination and intelligence. His ability to lead a team was impeccable . He provided structure, direction and feedback. I am glad to say I was part of the OneWall team.

      Very lax and understanding in regards to days off or coming in late. They do not micromanage.

      They do not invest in their properties. The buildings are crumbling and they do not hire nor contractors, nor maintenance men to keep up with it. Because of this all of the heat falls on management and the leasing agents. They are very new and don't have a healthy system. We were not paid on our renewals even though it was in the bonus package.
