Where to start. A C-Suite who are so patronising and perfunctory, it insults the intelligence of even those that half believe their lies. Twice annual redundancies means you spend your evenings wondering if you'll have a job in the morning. A culture of toxic cliques and a smattering of individuals more interested in getting noticed, hand waving how marvellous they and their teams are to protect themselves rather than in customers, it's quite pathetic. Self fladulation and award shows mask the fact they are most likely a sponsor to ensure recognition. Given the growth is largely through acquisition, which is handled with earth shattering incompetence and lack of investment, the products are fragmented, disjointed and a complete mess. Key man dependency is rife, 2 or 3 'superstars' in a team who can keep the lights on, the decision makers who make the wrong people redundant (which happens constantly) then panic and the product is in freefall, then quietly side-lined and just not talked about anymore, to the detriment of the poor customers. No consultation whatsoever with those who actually know the markets they work in on key projects. The 'AI' is a joke, spawned by panic that other companies are using it, so 'we'd better do something' rather than understanding it and why it adds value. A customer? Leave. Find an alternative supplier and quickly, OA is in freefall. An employee? Leave. Find an alternative and you'll very quickly realise the grass truly is greener.
