The Supervisor I am working with has no leadership capabilities and super toxic. my job description only include to support Level 1 tickets but later on I also cater tickets from lv 2 which shall be supposed to be my supervisors responsibilities. instead of doing his own job, he is always monitoring me and micromanaging everything that i've done. he always put the blame on me but he doesn't even guide me about what process should be taken into account. I can take and support ticket lv 1 and 2 but it's not fair for me knowing that my salary is below average salary plus the responsibilities is greater. it's really unfair on my side. if you have career goal, consider looking for other company. working on this company will not do you any good. no benefits such as trainings , no convertible leave, No team building, No Christmas Gifts/Hampers and also, you will feel unheard everytime you have concerns because people only work here just to waste their time.
