Furthermore OneCore Media takes excellent care of their staff. They made me feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated immediately. The company culture is very friendly, diversity & inclusivity is important at OneCore Media, there's even staff that have worked for OneCore for years and years because of how generous & friendly it is to work here. Work life balance is healthy. Mental health is very important to both senior management and staff. OneCore Media truly invests in their staff in every capacity. I can proudly say that this is the most well-equipped agency I have ever worked for in both client work & the amazing treatment of staff.
