Definitely focused on building a tech-enabled P&C consulting practice. And being part of the ground floor creates lots of advancement opportunities for those who hunt for them.

It is a new-ish practice compared to the EB department, so if you'd prefer a traditional insurance brokerage structure over a nimble growth-mode team, the "build something together" culture might not be your best fit.

Probably literally nothing, some good people here

-management is terrible, constant switching of teams and desks, new management was being brought it and no formal introductions (HR) -stop making people time their bathroom breaks - no company incentives, said there would be plenty of outside activities/ happy hours (the only ones are intramural sports and if you miss one week they threaten to kick you off the team??) - we had 1 happy hour my entire year of working here and 1 AEP party to prepare you of the worst months of your life - management constantly making agents scam people because it doesn’t fall back on their licenses - when I decided to finally quit the toxic role at one digital and reach out to thank my manager and HR no one even responded to me , they just sent me off boarding details -you are literally just a number here
