Company does not invest in talent. Project managers are overworked and significantly underpaid. Most employees leave within a year for better opportunities. High employee as well as customer turnover. There’s an overall dislike of upper management, who do not seem qualified to handle their roles and blame their subordinates for their own shortcomings.

OneIMS is honestly a great place to work. The team is super supportive, and everyone’s easy to talk to, which makes working together really fun. There’s a lot of room to learn new things and work on different projects, so you never get bored. The best part is that management actually listens to what you say and tries to make things better. It’s a really cool place to grow if you’re into digital marketing.

The only downside is that sometimes the work can get pretty overwhelming, especially when things are busy. You might find yourself juggling a lot of tasks all at once. Also, there aren’t a ton of resources for personal development, so you kind of have to figure things out on your own if you want to grow your skills outside of your regular work. But overall, it’s still a solid place to be.
