Unfortunately this isn’t a place that you’ll want to be working. The People and Delivery leadership team members specifically are destroying the company internally. The do not pay market rate across all roles unless you have commissions tied to your role (you can still probably make more somewhere else). The people who bring in revenue are untouchable regardless of how toxic they are. They do not give raises here, and if it does happen it’s extremely minimal. Management talks about reaching revenue goals and all time high revenue but yet employees receive no raises or any bonuses. Its lead to almost everyone being underpaid and extremely overworked. I don’t understand how there’s budget for team events, HR trips, an office space that is hardly used and alcohol but its so difficult to pay people market wage or give people raises. Severance doesn't exist or is the bare minimum here if you are let go. Management here has a huge gossip culture. The minute someone makes a mistake you can expect someone in leadership to be talking about it behind that person’s back rather than solving the issue. You can expect them to freak over the little issues and micro manage you to an extreme level until you burn out. The tenure here is less than 1 year as people realize that they won’t be receiving a raise. You can expect most employees here to be new. I would question why there are no co-founders or other c-level members at this company. I would also question the tenure of all of the current leaders (1 year or under). That’s not typical for an organization. On top of this the leadership team is extremely hard to work with. They will belittle you and make it seem like your opinion matters. However they expect you to just agree with them and keep your mouth shut even if you think they’re wrong. They all have huge egos and think they are untouchable. They think they are transforming the company but they have hardly had any impact. They are amateur at best and there's a reason the company's had the highest turn over since they started.

We also appreciate people coming forward with suggestions on how we can improve things. Everyone's unique hands-on perspective allows us to get valuable insights to make the decisions that will make us successful in the long run. That being said, it's also important to all align as a team. As many companies frame it 'disagree and commit' is a key to long term success. Regarding compensation we do our best with the resources we have to make sure we can compensate our team fairly given where we are in our growth stage. Other variables than just title are also taken into account to determine what we offer for each position. Regarding raises we take pride in offering significantly higher cost-of-living increases than most companies in our sector. We also recognize the expansion of responsibilities with raises. In situations like this we make sure to have an ongoing dialogue with team members who may feel a misalignment between their managers and them. This involves sharing context around the strategic direction of the company, reasoning behind managers and executives' decisions, and so on. If repeated attempts to find a common ground fails to create a better work relationship the last resort can be to part ways in a respectful manner to allow our team member to find an employer that will align with their values and expectations.
