3 years on but still acting like an early stage startup, can be a good thing and a bad thing at times Direction setting not super consistent, priorities shift in the wind to chase revenue.

High impact workplace. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills. Highly competent co-workers. Realistic expectations. Feedback not only acted on but encouraged at all levels.
