      - great eng culture - lots of room for growth both vertical NA lateral - company culture is good - remote first

      - Ai everything, like most industries, this is shaking up the business and product priorities. Expected at a "start up" - hard to connect with others outside of your immediate team with remote work - benefits could be better. No 401k match - seems like there's always turbulenxe within product team

      Great leadership, love the team. Sam (VP of People) really cares about each employee having a good experience. LGBTQ+ inclusive. Encouraging and accepting of people from all backgrounds and at all levels.

      Salary isn't always as competitive as other orgs (still good though), no 401k match, and lacking some employee benefits

      No sense of ownership because: -from prespective of a software engineer, tasks are planned in short term 2 weeks sprint. No sense of ownership of big feature if only seeing two weeks sprint tasks. - in the middle of sprint, ad hoc task came and need to fix it urgently. feel loss ownership of the time in the sprint as well. - no time to think of improvement of feature before moving to new tasks
