Apparently we are thinking along the same lines because we have hired someone to improve our internal communications.       Great remote work. The company is making changes to automate processes and has started using AI for many of its processes.

      As an auditor, I was left to my own resources. I wasn't included on conference calls or team meetings until last year, and when I was, it didn't relate to what I was doing. For 6 years, I was the only compliance audit specialist in the company, and I didn't even know that.
