      There are a lot of helpful and nice people in tis company.

      The management seems to be unaware and ignorant. The management are unaware of how much workload and pressure the employees are getting, and they don't even check whether our schedules are fully or not before dumping more tasks on us. I find it ignorant on their part for being unable to effectively and efficiently assign tasks to the employees.
