This recent realignment is aimed at significantly enhancing our speed, responsiveness, and flexibility while best aligning with our core product strategy. The restructuring was carefully considered, and we repositioned many employees into new business units and roles to minimize the impact on our workforce. Unfortunately, some employees were affected, and we have supported them through this transition. While this transition brings change, it also presents immense opportunities.
