People are willing to jump in and help each other, and there’s a strong sense that everyone is working toward the same goals. Our CEO does a great job setting the tone. He’s approachable, transparent, and clear about the direction of the company. You can tell he genuinely cares about the team and wants the business to succeed for everyone. That kind of leadership makes a big difference day to day.
