They are flexible with hybrid work depending on who the client is.

The management is very disorganized and more worried about their positions during the acquisition that's happening than the current employees working for them. They are not straight forward about career growth and outlook within the company. They have high turnover from laying people off due to lack of work but will repost the same job the next week looking for a new person for unknown reasons.
