Company was routinely having problems with UK Advertising / Trading Regulator over its web content and sales activities.
The Advertising Regulator would post the issues as being informally resolved in their routine rulings without giving details. The company seemed to do what they could get away with until forced to stop or change misleading sales content & activities.
This may explain the bullying and intimidating work culture so that no one would challenge anything.
Company had a high turnover of regular staff and a high number of Interns working often for lengthy periods on c. €500 per month when they could have got a normal wage at many of the Barcelona international call centres. The company seemed willing to exploit youngsters / students, wanting to spend some time in Barcelona, as a cheap source of labour. I have never worked anywhere else that had such a continual flow of "Interns."
Managers seemed to keep all the decent sales leads for themselves with sales staff reliant on modest sales picked up while answering phone enquiries for very modest commissions to supplement a very basic salary.

I stopped learning anything at all after about 1 month there. It was the same thing, day in, day out. The managers didn't care that the work was mind-numbing and equally weren't afraid to be rude to your face in front of the whole office. The level of professionalism in the office was extremely low from the managers.
Very unpleasant environment to work in. One certain manager seemed to enjoy making life difficult for everyone else and things had to run their way or there would be a temper tantrum. Nobody on the UK floor seemed to like their job except the managers. As mentioned in one of the previous reviews, there was a huge turnover of staff.
