Management is often out of touch, making strange decisions that don't seem to be based on actual facts or data. Communication is sometimes poor between management and staff, and the sudden, unannounced pay cuts really caught everyone off guard and hurt morale. The hiring process feels inconsistent, as people are sometimes hired for reasons other than their skills or experience.
