Management is usually hands off but when you have to actually interact with them they can be rather mean and have really unprofessional behavior. Like give you long guidelines to study for a new project and then ''forget'' to tell you that you're not going to get the job (for no specific reason, just because), and then leave you in the dark, wasting your time on these guidelines. They also fired me without explanation from my main project and instead of telling me that i was fired they just blocked my login and didn't answer my emails, while still sending project related newsletter emails for months... Seriously what is that ? How difficult is it to send at least an automated notice of removal from the project ? I have worked with almost all companies that offer this kind of job and they all do at least that when the collaboration on a project ends, except onforma...
