No major cons to mention. As with any growing company, priorities can occasionally shift as the business scales, but this also creates opportunities to adapt, learn, and contribute to meaningful improvements.

I turned down several job offers to accept the offer from Onetrace. The culture they promote looks amazing on paper. Good product. Business is doing good. Fancy Canary Wharf office. Unfortuntely, the reality is different.

Svantaggi

They love to talk about how many new hires they have. They're quick to forget about the alarmingly large number of employees they've gotten rid of, completely unwarranted. The problem is mainly mismanagement from senior leadership, and lack of strong/compotent HR.
