When Ocwen first took over the Loan Servicing from another company, they laid off multiple people and even whole departments without thinking about how it would affect employees or customers. They got rid of our old system and put us on a home grown system which caused a lot of issues. They completely revamped our processes even if the process we were doing was a better way. And finally, they offshored our jobs.
