Nice place to work if you are a hard working employee

Work for long hours. Also required to work on Saturdays at times.

Great company in terms of business profile and technologies used, the quantity and quality of work throughtout the year, and learning. The money is good for sales staff only. Not too hierarchial org structure, everyone under close watch so politics is pretty limited.

Micro-management and too many rules, negligible growth opportunties, employees are not really valued/respected.
