Thank you for the time you worked with us. We understand your disappointment with the focus on insurance as a Project Coordinator. Unfortunately, sometimes in the progression of the project this is a key focus as we're starting and onboarding trades to ensure all is covered. Due to our size, sometimes job roles become very focused. Anyone reading this that is still with us, please let your supervisor know of your concern and we will do what we can to increase the breadth of job responsibilities. Most concerning is your statement to respect women. We do not tolerate any discrimination of any sort and if you have an experience, please share with us. You've also stated experience with a toxic employee that was intended to be there to help you. This is troubling as our peer network and mentorship is a key contributor to our health as a company.
