If you want a place where you will be given small pieces of projects and micro managed, or a place where you can coast it likely won't be a good fit.

- Worked on many, many different projects - Coworkers are friendly, intelligent, and very patient - Site visits are interesting - No micro-managing

- 9 hour days as part of contract - Total compensation package is less competitive than some other firms - Management has poor communication skills (curt emails) and structuring - Lack of culture beyond "work work work" - Not proactive on improving
