Management does not listen to their own team and will always have their own ideas which they would then implement despite voicing out concerns to them.
Company does not value their staffs as this can be seen with the fact that experienced staffs are getting lower than fresh graduates in the same industry. They will brush off this topic easily and say that there is nothing that can be done on their end. If you are reading this, you are probably better off elsewhere and much valued there in terms of overall pay package.
There are a lot of times where things are mishandled from top down.
