      - Fully remote. You can work from wherever you like. - The discussions are not about the control, but how to materialize ideas. - In here I have seen the biggest growth potential in my entire career. - A meritocracy company.

      You will have to work as a contractor. Total focus in results and OKR´s. In this company you will prioritize excecution over anything. All of the last 3 items I consider them good, but are not for everyone.

      Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
