      1. they provide a fair salary depending on the markets 2. international environment which will give you the ability to deal and work with colleagues everywhere in the world 3. they do have a strategy and tools that enhance the daily workflow and they help you build your own pipeline 4. our products are needed especially in the IT industry so we're being heroes for our clients somehow besides that we can support them also to find and hire qualified calibers

      well we're mainly goal-oriented so those who don't get well with this, will have a little bit of struggle at the beginning but afterward, the upper management and leaders will guide them through the process and how to achieve the goals

      Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
