      People delivering results are not being paid fairly, there are people in c-levels and in managerial positions not even with good english and they are paying huge salaries. They are hiring super expensive people not delivering results with huge salary

      Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
