Although I am grateful for all the learnings I had during my time at ontop I must say, for ethical responsibility, that ontop is miss classifying all their workers. Demanding of them employee-like responsibilities and duties but in the frame of an international contractor. This is dangerous because at the same time when it comes to firing they will take advantage of the contractor side and let you go without any kind of feedback or real reason. But when it comes to demanding from you they will ask for you to give all your time and be exclusive as if you were an employeee

Work here only if you can handle the anxiety of not knowing if you will have a job tomorrow - even if you are outperforming. Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
