Humble team in an exciting industry. Wonderful place to work all around.

After industry compression, winning new business was difficult. OBX quality is well above the rest, but that doesn't always win the business.

Most of the employees are great. They also do monthly dinners for the whole company, Christmas parties every year, and team events throughout the year (e.g. we all attended a baseball game together)

Pay is below average for everyone except senior management. Senior management isn't onsite, but they make all the decisions, so they never see what really happens at the facility everyday. They don't listen to their employees, they don't actually care about the "family" they claim to be, and they don't invest in equipment (always second-hand auction equipment that has issues).
