Unfortunately the management was utterly incapable of bringing together the multiple companies into one coherent team. Some areas were overstaffed, others were understaffed, processes were poorly defined and strategy was non existent. Neither of their products were being developed enough to be truly competitive making customer acquisition and retention a real challenge. A tragic lost opportunity, hopefully the recent change in management might be able to turn round the fortunes before the remaining great people leave.
