Red flags were evident from day one in the form of questionable business practices - clients are viewed as nothing more than cash cows. Focus is never on delivering quality service, but upselling as many unnecessary add-ons as possible. If you're currently with this agency, I would run for the hills. The people certainty don't make up for the environment. The place is full of egoistical, deplorably behaved "managers" that take pleasure in putting people down. Unless you're part of the dentsu-crowd you're getting nowhere at this agency, pre-existing relationships over quality people, which explains how these people with no tact or social skills have found themselves in a position to manage others. Markets itself as a different type of agency, but it's all the same behind the smoke and mirrors and the false promises. Not surprised in the slightest that this place has such a high turnover.
