Vantaggi

People (non-exempt and middle management) and health care benefit plan is decent.

Svantaggi

Upper management at this company can be both hypocrites and bullies. As a manger the pay is decent I will admit - just realize once you get in the door your pay will only inch up very slowly. Therefore negotiate well coming in the door. They squeeze every ounce of time and stress out of your life. NO work/life balance - simply work as many hours as needed to get the job done. You will NOT be set up for success only failure which is why about 5 managers have departed/resigned in the last year. Building is also a mess - one of the dirtiest warehouses I have ever been in. No sense of housekeeping at all. On the other side the non-exempt employees and low management team that is compiled of mostly good hard working people. Healthcare benefits are also decent - if you go work here you will need it.

Vantaggi

There were a few solid employees in non-management roles who were great to work with. Some team members were supportive and helped make difficult days more manageable.

Svantaggi

In my opinion, the work environment often felt toxic and fear-based. Leadership’s style contributed to stress, and I noticed what I believed were safety and compliance concerns. I personally observed situations that, to me, looked like nepotism — for example, key leadership in Operations and HR were married, and in my view this sometimes created a conflict of interest that complicated HR processes. I also felt that family members within the company appeared to receive preferential treatment, which impacted fairness and morale. At one point, after raising a concern about a family member’s conduct, I soon found myself being let go, which reinforced my perception that favoritism outweighed fairness. Expectations to work through inclement weather and what I felt were unpaid extra hours added to my frustration. Overall, I did not feel valued or supported, and I would not recommend this company to people seeking a healthy culture.
