No pros except for the pay which will be like a clickbait to you because you might need to see a therapist once you join here!

The CEO doesn’t respect her own employees and is the most rude person you will ever know on this earth. She wants you to know everything on your day 1 and sets the most unrealistic expectations. She will make you feel you are nothing if you are willing to learn and even if there are external factors. Honestly there can be a lot to learn here but this place is not good for your mental health as the culture is extremely toxic. Hope you find a better place than this.

1. The team fosters a highly supportive environment, encouraging learning and curiosity by explaining every process clearly and welcoming questions. 2. Had the opportunity to work closely with Ayush (Head of Founder’s Office) and Ahana — both of whom have been exceptionally supportive and approachable. 3. The culture emphasizes high ownership, allowing individuals to take initiative and contribute meaningfully to projects.
