1. massive layoffs in canada, all employees gone . all office sites are shut forever. 2. downsizing in US. employees sent home to work from home than office. 3. no office presence now. all US offices shut . 4. sold off to FISERV , since fiserv has similar products so all the current open projects will be scrapped and clients will be moved. 5. IDC has a routine layoffs , all on fake reasons , budget cuts upto 50% , hiring NIT/IITS freshers just to fool them , no growth,no future. 6. Old employees play politics and are highly insecure,lacks creativity and positive attitude. 7. all good reviews below are written by two office assistants at IDC just to fool the readers, they have no work except Facebook and posting opposite reviews about the company here. 8.4-8 percent hike at IDC , no perks ,no promotions,no HR policies. 9. HIRE and FIRE attitude at IDC/US/Canada. 10.some managers are so incompetent that they can't even write a single line of code or documentation or even a correct mail.
