Management is responsive and has invested heavily in creating growth opportunities for hard-working active contributors. There is a client-centered mentality at OpenArc, meaning if you need to go the extra mile, you will do so, and time has shown that you will be rewarded for doing so. There is a great bunch of staffing and software professionals in this organization who work relentlessly to deliver the best talent- resources and IT solutions to our customers, because they believe in what they do, they believe in their co-workers, and believe in their management.

I honestly can not think of anything negative to say about OpenArc- there may have been a few bumps along the way, but I feel that is the case with any growing company. At the end of the day there is a great group of hard working people that show up and work hard every day, it is truly a pleasure to be a part of this organization.
